Interval training is about getting you to burn more calories for the 24-48 hours after your workout. This class is loaded with short explosive movements using body weight, light weights and lots of repetitions, all designed to burn maximum calories for lean and toned muscles.
Get your entire body moving in all directions with full body strength & power exercises. This class uses a multitude of equipment to get your muscles pumped. You will feel strong, energized and ready to take on the day.
